Bennett McNamara Joins J. Price McNamara: Disability, Life, AD&D Insurance Attorneys
Firm founder's son becomes the second generation to represent claimants in ERISA, disability, and life insurance disputes
BATON ROUGE, LA, September 26, 2026 -- J. Price McNamara: Disability, Life, AD&D Insurance Attorneys announced today that Bennett McNamara has joined the firm as an attorney. Bennett is the son of founding attorney J. Price McNamara, and his arrival brings a second generation of the McNamara family into the firm's work representing people fighting insurance companies over denied benefits.
Bennett McNamara joined the firm after beginning his legal career in insurance defense. He earned his J.D. and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law, magna cum laude, from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2023 and is licensed to practice in Louisiana, with additional admissions in federal courts throughout Texas. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Shelly Dick at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana for two years, where he gained insight into numerous types of federal litigation, including several ERISA-related matters.
