    LOS ANGELES, CA, May 01, 2026 -- WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company has successfully arranged the $6,200,000 sale of 1139 Glendon Avenue in the heart of Westwood Village.

The property features an approximately 11,019 square foot building situated on an approximately 8,851 square foot lot. The buyer, Vermont Hollywood L.P., acquired the asset as an owner user investment.
