Bauer joins New Horizon Medical Solutions with more than 26 years of experience spanning marketing, sales, business development, and finance across the medical device and advanced wound care sectors. His leadership background includes senior commercial roles at both high-growth startups and global healthcare organizations, with prior positions at 3M, KCI, ConvaTec, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NeXtgen Biologics, where he led go-to-market strategy and expansion initiatives.
