Shared Assessments Announces Launch of SIG Evolution (SIG EV) at the 2026 Third Party Risk Summit
SIG EV replaces the traditional workbook delivery model while maintaining the same SIG content, structure, and assessment methodology organizations have used for years.
NASHVILLE, TN, March 17, 2026 -- Shared Assessments, the global leader in third-party risk management (TPRM) standards, education, and products, today announced the launch of SIG Evolution (SIG EV) at the Shared Assessments 19th Annual Third-Party Risk USA Summit in Nashville.
SIG EV represents a pivotal first step in the modern evolution of the Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) Questionnaire, transitioning the widely used Excel-based SIG workbook into a secure, streamlined web-based platform while preserving the content and methodology organizations rely on today.

The transition to SIG EV is designed to be seamless; organizations can import existing Excel-based SIG questionnaires directly into the platform. Users can build SIG Lite, SIG Core, or customized assessments using a guided interface, export questionnaires to Excel when needed, and distribute assessments to vendors using their existing processes.
