2. Query Databricks SQL warehouses and sync data directly into Custify

Through the Databricks Custify integration, CSMs can now query their SQL warehouses and sync structured data directly into their CSP using secure token authentication.

3. Connect call intelligence directly into Custify customer records

Through the Gong integration in Custify, CSMs can connect their call intelligence reports directly to their customer records. This enables any meeting in Custify to automatically be enriched through Gong AI insights.
