Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys to Award $10,000 in Elrod Pope Legacy Scholarships
The personal injury law firm will award $5,000 academic scholarships to two students from South Carolina and North Carolina to help them pursue careers "rooted in excellence, service, and purpose."
ROCK HILL, SC, February 06, 2026 -- Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys is pleased to announce that the personal injury law firm, which serves clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina, is now accepting entries for its 2026 Elrod Pope Legacy Scholarship program, which will award two deserving students from those states with academic scholarships of $5,000 each.
The goal of the Elrod Pope Legacy Scholarship is to honor the law firm's history and support the Carolinas' future leaders. It is named after Luke Elrod and Jack Leader, whose integrity, dedication to the law, and service to their communities continue to inspire the law firm today.
By awarding the $5,000 scholarships, the firm seeks to inspire the next generation to pursue careers rooted in excellence, service, and purpose, and ensure that Luke's and Jack's legacy endures. To compete for one of the scholarships, a student must:
Be an eligible student in South Carolina or North Carolina.
Complete the application form.
Submit a minimum 1,000-word essay on the issue of drunk driving among young adults.

Only one application is allowed per student. Students must follow the program's terms and conditions, complete all application requirements, and submit their application by March 1, 2026. The firm will announce the Elrod Pope Legacy Scholarship winners on April 1, 2026.
