New facility enhances late-stage clinical trial capacity and patient access in the Southwest
HENDERSON, NV, October 15, 2025 -- Alcanza Clinical Research, a mission-focused investigator site network, announces the opening of its newest facility, Desert Clinical Research, in Henderson, Nevada, located within the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The research site expands Alcanza's footprint to the southwestern United States and strengthens its capacity to deliver late-stage clinical trials across diverse therapeutic areas.
Equipped with an on-site laboratory, pharmacy, and FibroScan technology, Desert Clinical Research is designed to optimize patient experience, streamline trial execution, and support a growing number of sponsors and CROs seeking access to experienced investigators and operational excellence in the region.
The site's opening was led by Alcanza CEO Carlos Orantes, emphasizing that the expansion into Henderson, Nevada reinforces the network's mission to extend clinical trial access.
