Crabapple Market in Milton GA Expands Culinary and Retail Lineup

Ackerman Retail completes leases with Lagarde American Eatery, Whitetail Bicycles and Ameline Shoppe.

ATLANTA, GA, August 10, 2022 -- Crabapple Market, the mixed-use development in Milton Ga., continues to strengthen its diverse lineup with three new lease signings: Lagarde American Eatery, Whitetail Bicycles and Ameline Shoppe.

Ackerman Retail's Courtney Brumbelow and Haley Hartman completed the leases on behalf of Crabapple Market, which finished construction on a major expansion earlier this year and has been welcoming numerous tenant deliveries.

"We've had great success attracting a strong mix of tenants to Crabapple Market, and these are excellent new additions to the lineup," said Courtney Brumbelow, Executive Vice President of Ackerman Retail. "The walkable, mixed-use environment that blends in seamlessly with the surrounding residential neighborhoods is attractive to established retailers and restaurants, as well as new-to-market businesses."

Marking the restaurant's second metro Atlanta location following its Chamblee opening in 2019, Lagarde American Eatery specializes in Creole and New Orleans cuisine served up by chef-owners Jamie Adams and Leonardo Moura, who are also known for il Giallo Osteria & Bar. The restaurant is expected to open in late 2022.

Whitetail Bicycles, a full-service bike shop, sells top bike brands and offers a range of services to keep customers' bikes running in top shape. The shop was established in the Crabapple community in 2016 and is relocating to Crabapple Market, with an opening slated for late 2022.

Featuring clothing styles for women of all ages, Ameline Shoppe offers pieces from an array of well-known designers and emphasizes a one-on-one customer service approach. The boutique is targeting an October 2022 opening.

Recent openings at Crabapple Market include The Nest Café, Roll On In Sushi Burritos & Bowls, Buzzed Bull Creamery, Savi Provisions, Evimero Marketplace, Loveday Place, Kitchens By Design Firm and Dinna Eckstein Designs – The Store. Poe & Company Bookstore is coming soon.

Restaurant and beverage leases announced earlier in 2022 with openings scheduled for this year include DUA Vietnamese, Six Bridges Brewing, Spiced Right Ribhouse and Alumni Cookie Dough.

The master-planned Crabapple Market development features historic brick facade detailing, floor-to-ceiling arched windows and rooftop patios overlooking downtown Milton. A focal point of the development is The Green, a park-like gathering place featuring a stage that presents a variety of concerts and movies.
