Netzero Office Sets Trend in Downtown Asheville

ASHEVILLE, NC, January 15, 2021 -- Personal injury attorney Lakota Denton has built a modern Netzero commercial office with an 11.5-kilowatt hour photovoltaic solar array in Downtown Asheville, contributing to the city's growing reputation as a sustainable and eco-friendly business community.

The modern multi-unit commercial building, designed by Rusafova Markulis Architects, is located at 36 Orchard Street in downtown Asheville.
With 32 Sunpower panels installed by local company Sugar Hollow Solar, the new 2,000 square foot building boasts an 11.5 KW 360-watt solar electric system providing 102% of the electricity for the office. The solar system has an estimated annual output of 14184 kWh/Year.
The two-story NetZero commercial office building houses the practice of Lakota Denton, a personal injury trial lawyer, on the lower level, with three independent businesses renting offices on the upper level.
