Ackerman Retail Selected to Represent Flying Biscuit in Its Expansion Across Georgia and Alabama
Firm represents Flying Biscuit in its first Alabama location in Birmingham
ATLANTA, GA, May 17, 2019 -- Flying Biscuit Café, a restaurant chain serving Southern-inspired breakfast and comfort food, has chosen Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., as its exclusive representative for its expansion in Georgia and Alabama. The Atlanta-based restaurant chain has 19 locations across Georgia, North Carolina, Florida and Texas.
Ackerman Retail recently represented Flying Biscuit in its first Alabama location, in Birmingham, at the Shops at the Colonnade. The restaurant is scheduled to open this summer.
Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff and Vice President Gigi Best will lead efforts to open new franchise locations ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,000 square feet.
