Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Michael Miller Joins Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery

LONE TREE, CO, April 16, 2019 -- Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery announced on Monday that a new surgeon has joined the team. Dr. Michael Miller comes to Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery from a position as professor and chair of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
Dr. Miller focuses his practice at Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery on breast reconstruction procedures. He is also an esteemed speaker, presenter, and educator.
"I decided to leave academics and come to Denver, where I feel like there's tremendous opportunity to work with two outstanding surgeons I'm aligned with on so many levels," Dr. Miller said. "The type of clinical expertise I have is very complementary to the type of practice they have established here in Denver. I think we'll be able to offer a tremendous service to patients."

Dr. Miller graduated medical school at the University of Massachusetts and completed his general surgery residency at the affiliated Berkshire Medical Center. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Ohio State University, followed by a reconstructive microsurgery fellowship at Tulane University.
For nearly 17 years he performed reconstructive surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Center in Houston. He earned multiple academic appointments at the center during this time.
In addition to certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Miller has attained fellowship recognition from the American College of Surgeons. Newsweek named him one of the Top Cancer Doctors in America in 2015, while the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (formerly the International Association of Plastic Surgeons) has recognized him as a Top Plastic Surgeon.
