Singapore's Largest Mobile Network Operator Offers Electricity Plans with Geneco Partnership
Households nationwide could save up to 30% on power bills
SINGAPORE, April 16, 2019 -- Singtel and Geneco announced a partnership to offer Geneco electricity plans. Singtel has released these plans through Singtel Power already at the start of the year.
Residential consumers can select from a range of electricity plans that offer monthly electricity bill savings of up to 30% on prevailing regulated tariffs. Customers who switch from their current provider will experience a smooth transition with an uninterrupted electricity supply.
This partnership merges Singtel's extensive customer reach as the leading consumer services provider in Singapore, with Geneco's experience as the retail arm of YTL PowerSeraya, Singapore's second largest power generation company.
With Singtel Power, Singtel aims to provide Singapore households with greater value, choice and flexibility. In addition to savings on power bills, customers can also expect discounts on fibre broadband subscription and mobile handset purchase.

Households can choose from three Geneco plans, Get it Fixed 24, Get it Fixed 36 and Get it Less 24, and enjoy exclusive Singtel promotions. To start, new Singtel Power customers who also sign up or re-contract on a Singtel 1Gbps fibre broadband plan will receive 1 month free broadband and a mobile handset discount worth S$80.
