Rx.Health and Healthwise Announce Partnership to Bring On-Demand "Health Education and Shared Decision Making-as-a-Service" to Health Plans and Health Systems
Rx.Health will integrate Healthwise content into the RxStitch engine patient care pathways for targeted delivery to patients at the most critical time during their treatment
SECAUCUS, NJ, February 12, 2019 -- As over 45,000 professionals from across the world travel to HIMSS 2019 seeking the education, innovation, and collaboration needed to transform health through information and technology, Rx.Health is very excited to announce that the company has partnered with Healthwise, a leading creator of health content and patient education materials, to integrate Healthwise content into the RxStitch engine patient care pathways for targeted delivery to patients at the most critical time during their treatment. The content can be delivered to entire cohorts of patients using Rx.Health Bulk PrescribingTM tool with pre-built FHIR APIs and web-services to automate population health outreach by care managers in health plans and health systems.
