Ken Thieneman Announces Creation of New Magazine, "Home Builder Insights"
Ken has partnered with local publishing company, Ink Publishing & Design for creation and distribution of the new publication.
LOUISVILLE, KY, December 12, 2018 -- Ken has been a respected and celebrated builder in the South End Louisville community for over 30 years. For Ken, this business has always been about serving others. Ken's next project is to showcase not only his experience but highlight those who have worked by his side for years as well as other businesses in the community. The creation of the new magazine enables him to do exactly that.
The new magazine will be published annually; each edition will feature real estate related editorial that will be of interest to home buyers, renters or those considering remodeling. The first issue will be published in March 2019. 10,000 copies will be distributed throughout the south end community – 5,000 copies by direct mail to highly targeted south end home buyers, and 5,000 copies at monthly events throughout the year.

Vendors who have worked with Ken for years will have the first opportunity to co-sponsor the publication and have already received information.
